We're Back in Action!

With things slowly returning to "normal" and logistics figured out, we ventured to Grand Central early this morning and spent a great first day back at the gallery. We discussed the possibility of postponing the opening, (we lost an entire week of work because of the storm), but decided to stay the course and open on Saturday, Nov. 17. Part of our decision to move forward was the urgency of this catastrophic weather/water event occurring in the midst of this project. Ironically, we had considered naming our residency Surge and feel that this is an important component to the work we are creating together and the dialogue surrounding it.


We will be having an informal gallery talk at 5, followed by the reception, and hope you will join us in this conversation.


We will try to get an early start again tomorrow but first, we are going to vote for the president who we both believe will make a real effort to work towards clean energy solutions and take the issue of global warming seriously...
